As per our conversation at the end of Day One, linked below is the Gender Role Preference/Comfort form I mentioned.  

Again, given the journey so many folks are on in terms of better understanding themselves, I'm not going to put folks in the position of playing a role that is actively damaging to their mental well-being.  Thanks for taking the time to help me make a more informed decision.
