A Production Calendar, a Mandatory Crew Date...and a 'To-Do' to check off your list

 Evening, y'all!

1) I've uploaded a Production Calendar that will continue to fill in as we learn more about dates, times, and obligations (linked HERE and in the Sidebar).  It is well-started, though, particularly around now, Tech, and Performance Weeks.  Use it as a general guideline until I can get a better handle on rehearsal requirements, conflicts, and designer needs.  ALL CAST/CREW/MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK IT OVER!

2) I'm asking ALL CAST/CREW/MANAGEMENT to take a moment by FRIDAY, 9.23 to fill out the Cast/Crew Contact & Show Info Form.  This will get important information in our hands ASAP that'll be needed for the production!

3) I'm asking ALL CREW/MANAGEMENT to attend a short meeting during Flex on WEDNESDAY, 9/28 so's we can get on the same page for the upcoming obligations.
